About the restaurant
Restaurant of traditional Russian cuisine in a modern reading. In 2022 it received Michelin star, becoming one of its youngest owners in Russia. In “Beluga” you can try pelmeni with Volga pike, okroshka with sea urchin, golubets with Astrakhan beluga, as well as Karachay-Cherkessian lamb.
