Moscow’s Best Restaurants with Panoramic Views
Food in Moscow tastes even better when you enjoy it with a beautiful view outside the window. From high above the city, you can admire historic buildings in the old centre, Stalin-era skyscrapers, and the modern towers of Moscow City. Today, Moscow has many panoramic restaurants where you can try all kinds of cuisine — from traditional Russian tea served from a samovar to unusual Chinese or Italian dishes.
White Rabbit
One of Moscow’s most fashionable restaurants is located on Smolenskaya Square. The kitchen is run by Vladimir Mukhin, one of Russia’s most famous chefs. Since 2015, White Rabbit has appeared in the prestigious international ranking The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and in 2021 it received a MICHELIN star.
The menu is based on local ingredients. Guests can try jellied Kamchatka crab, borscht with crucian carp, lobster Wellington, and unusual chebureki made with courgette flowers.

Buono
This Italian restaurant is located just below the spire of the Radisson Collection Hotel. From here, you can see both the decorative details of the building and views of the Moscow River and Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The menu was created by Giuseppe Davi, named Chef of the Year 2024 by the Palm Branch Restaurant Business Award.
Recommended dishes include a crab claw salad, rigatoni with burrata, and Neapolitan wood-fired pizza. For dessert, try profiteroles, tiramisu, or Sicilian red-orange jelly.

Twins Garden
People come here not only for the views of central Moscow, but also for the chef’s tasting menus. One of the most popular is inspired by ancient Russian towns such as Uglich and Gus-Khrustalny. The Twins Easy menu features dishes made from rare ingredients, including tuna belly or yellowtail served with pickled radish. The restaurant also has the largest wine collection in Russia — over 1,500 labels — making it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while looking out over the city.

Sixty
A stylish restaurant on the 62nd floor of the Federation Tower in Moscow City. In the warmer months, the windows open every hour, which is a unique feature, as windows at this height do not open anywhere else. Chef Egor Makarov has reimagined classic European dishes and turned them into modern signature creations. Guests can try crab and tomato julienne, burrata with spiced honey pear, beef ribs in Burgundy sauce, and much more.

Ruski
The name says it all — this is Russian cuisine. The highlight of the restaurant is a large traditional Russian stove. Located on the 85th floor of the OKO Tower in Moscow City, Ruski offers tea from a samovar, served with pies and classic Russian sweets. For a full meal, the menu presents dishes from all regions of Russia: Far Eastern seafood, Siberian game, southern Russian borscht, Valaam cabbage soup, venison, and sugudai (raw marinated fish). To book a window table, a deposit is required.

Mume
The highest panoramic restaurant of modern Chinese cuisine in Europe is located in Moscow City. The open kitchen is led by Jackie Wu, a renowned chef who previously headed all Asian cuisine at Singapore’s famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
Every Sunday, the restaurant hosts a Hong Kong-style brunch. At any time, you can order Peking duck, kung pao chicken, or prawns in an unusual sauce. Lunch or dinner is completed by a luxurious view from the 90th floor — Moscow lies right at your feet.

Conservatory Lounge & Bar
This panoramic restaurant is on the 10th floor of the Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel on Neglinnaya Street. It is not very high, but offers lovely views of Manezhnaya Square, Kuznetsky Most, and the elegant rooftops of old Moscow. The menu suits every taste, combining European and Asian cuisine. Guests can enjoy pizza, octopus in teriyaki sauce, or bruschetta with marinated salmon.
