The Perfect Brunch in Moscow

A late breakfast or an early, unhurried lunch — a chance to savour dishes crafted by top chefs: brunch culture has become a beloved Moscow tradition. If you have a few free hours, be sure to indulge — a beautiful Moscow brunch will be one of the highlights of your trip. And on top of that, it’s absolutely delicious!

Metropol

This is the kind of place where brunch turns into a truly immersive experience. The Metropol Hotel, built in 1905, boasts Vrubel panels on its façade, a glass domed ceiling adorned with paintings by Sergei Chekhonin, and several of Moscow’s first elevators. Today, it’s a restaurant where you can come for breakfast or brunch, served on Sundays from 13:00 to 17:00. Guests can expect impeccable service, a lavish buffet, an original menu of exquisite dishes made from premium ingredients, entertainment, live music, and special offerings.

You can choose from several options — from the classic non-alcoholic brunch to the «Metropol Ambassador», which includes unlimited premium alcoholic beverages: renowned fine wines from France and Italy and top-shelf spirits. Every week, the chef creates a new brunch concept, but the quality is always flawless.

EGGSELLENT

A spot with interiors reminiscent of a dollhouse, operating under the slightly provocative name «Girls Who Know Their Eggs» (that’s what the owners call themselves). The menu revolves around egg-based dishes. You can try poached eggs with ham or salmon, a morning bun with sausage and creamy scrambled eggs, rustic-style fried eggs, and much more.
