The future won't wait, and neither will Moscow. It will launch its most ambitious urban experiment yet this August. Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030, a forum and festival in one, kicks off August 1st and wraps up September 14th, turning the city's most iconic spots into high-tech hubs where visitors can touch, play with, and even help shape Moscow's future.

For six weeks, places like the Manege Exhibition Hall, Zaryadye Park, Luzhniki Stadium and — for the first time ever — VDNH, as well as the Moskino film studio will become living labs of urban innovation. Think VR city planners, 3D hologram displays, and tech you'd typically only see in sci-fi movies.

Through hands-on workshops and game-like experiences, visitors can test-drive skills that will be in high demand by 2030: from coding smart cities to competing in futuristic esports.

But the festival isn’t all about tech. The program mixes learning with pure fun: walk through holographic versions of future Moscow neighborhoods, join debates about tomorrow's urban life (it’ll be even cooler than it sounds), and test tech that's already changing how real residents live.

Whether you're a tech geek, future city planner, or just want to see Moscow in a whole new light, this is your summer ticket. Come curious, leave inspired!

It’s all part of Moscow's "Summer in the City" program: because the future shouldn't wait for winter.
