Top Dubai chefs to host dinners in Moscow

This season, Moscow will host a unique culinary project: a series of one-night dinners by leading chefs from Dubai. Over the course of two months, ten chefs from some of Dubai’s most acclaimed restaurants will present signature menus at top venues in Moscow.

The series — called Alfa Only GreatList Sessions, supported by Discover Moscow — will begin on July 22 with chef Kuyung Soo Moon of Hanu at Due Forni. Each dinner is a one-time event, created especially for the Moscow audience.

The current lineup includes:

• July 22 — Kuyung Soo Moon (Hanu) at Due Forni
• July 31 — Ionel Catau (Gerbou) at Grace Bistro
• August 7 — Salam Daqqaq (Bait Maryam) at MINA
• August 14 — Kelvin Cheung (Jun’s) at IKURA
• August 21 — Particia Roig (BOCA) at KM20
• August 28 — TakaHisa chefs at Wa Garden
• September 11 — Luca Rossi (Signor Sassi) at Buro Tsum
• September 16 — Solemann Haddad (Moonrise) at IKRA
• September 25 — Dani Garcia (Lena) at SALONE pasta&bar

The list is not final and may change. Participants include Michelin-starred chefs, Gault&Millau award winners, and restaurants featured in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants MENA and the GreatList guide.
