Step into the Future: Forum Moscow 2030
Art installations, concerts, and events at the city’s top tech festival this summer

Forum Moscow 2030 — The Home of the Future is part of the city’s annual Summer in Moscow programme. It’s all about life in a modern metropolis — the people who shape it, the technologies that drive it, and the future that’s already arriving. In 2025, the festival will take place across 113 venues throughout the city, including 11 flagship locations hosting key events and experiences. Here’s how to get involved — and what you shouldn’t miss.
Dates & Theme
The festival runs from 1 August to 14 September 2025, with events happening daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., except Mondays when most venues are closed.
Each year, the festival explores one big idea. In 2025, the spotlight is on the Human of the Future — and the connections between generations.
Festival Locations
Cultural City at Zaryadye
Zaryadye transforms into Cultural City — a festival space where music, theatre, fashion, and technology come together. The programme features classical concerts, DJ sets, immersive performances, digital art, and futuristic fashion shows. From 1 to 10 August, the open-air amphitheatre hosts evening events spotlighting legendary Russian composers — Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, and Rimsky-Korsakov — reimagined through multimedia shows, symphonic jazz, and experimental formats. Highlights include a Rachmaninoff-inspired symphonic journey, a bold reinterpretation of Tchaikovsky with electronic textures, and a jazz-infused tribute to Russia’s classical heritage. Visitors can also explore a smart-living zone with robots, VR activities, and an AI-powered painting machine. A special archaeology display showcases newly discovered artefacts found in Moscow in recent years — many shown for the first time.

Bauman University: Tech Meets Creativity
Starting 14 August, the new Bauman campus becomes a hub for innovation, science, and digital art. Gostiny Dvor: Technology, the City, and the Human Mind
This futuristic exhibition space brings together science, culture, and urban life — all centred around one idea: the continuous evolution of the human being. Through interactive displays and immersive environments, guests can explore how health, love, knowledge, and technology shape us — inside and out. The highlight is the Neural Forest, a glowing installation that lets you walk through a stylised model of the human brain. It’s a chance to feel what it’s like inside your own neural network — a web of connections so vast, its total length would wrap around the Earth four times.

Luzhniki: A Garden of Urban Wonders
At Luzhniki, one of Moscow’s most iconic sports complexes, art and city life bloom side by side. The festival grounds are home to striking installations like Flowers of Moscow — giant glowing petunias that light up at night — and a large-scale aquarium showing how modern city ponds work, complete with real koi and aquatic plants. A replica of the historic Golden Ear fountain adds a nostalgic touch, while the Horseshoe pavilion hosts AI-generated paintings inspired by Russian masters, film screenings, and a weekend amphitheatre.
But Luzhniki is still all about movement. Just a few steps away, open-air zones invite visitors to try futuristic workouts — from phygital sports to paddle tennis — no registration required.
